REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 28 May 2026

Zylope, operated by APEXAXIS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, provides BBPS, recharge, utility payment, and financial-related services.


1. RECHARGE & BILL PAYMENT

  • Successful recharge and bill payment transactions cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Users are responsible for entering correct mobile numbers, biller details, and account information.

2. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails:

  • Refunds will be processed automatically as per RBI/NPCI guidelines.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, operators, and payment partners.

Typical refund timelines:

  • UPI/Bank Transactions: T+1 to T+5 Working Days
  • BBPS Transactions: As per partner settlement timelines

3. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Duplicate successful transactions may be reviewed and refunded after verification.


4. LOAN & FINANCIAL SERVICES

Processing fees or charges paid to third-party lending partners/NBFCs may be non-refundable subject to partner policies.

5. CANCELLATION

Once a recharge, bill payment, or payment request is successfully submitted and processed, cancellation may not be possible.


6. THIRD-PARTY DELAYS

Refunds and reversals may be delayed due to:

  • Banking partner downtime
  • NPCI/BBPS settlement delays
  • Telecom operator processing
  • Technical or regulatory verification
