Welcome to Zylope. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Zylope platform, website, applications, APIs, and services operated by APEXAXIS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing or using Zylope services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, applicable RBI/NPCI regulations, and Indian laws.

Zylope provides technology-enabled financial and payment-related services including:

  • BBPS Bill Payments
  • Mobile Recharge
  • DTH Recharge
  • Fastag Recharge
  • Utility Payments
  • Loan Co-Branding Services
  • RC Verification Services
  • Financial Marketplace Services
  • API-Based Financial Services

Certain services may be provided through regulated banking, NBFC, NPCI, BBPS, or third-party partner institutions.


3. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use Zylope services, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use valid mobile numbers and identity details
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Zylope reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.


4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree:

  • Not to perform fraudulent or illegal transactions
  • Not to misuse recharge/payment systems
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or APIs
  • To maintain confidentiality of OTPs, passwords, and credentials
  • To ensure sufficient balance before making transactions

Users are solely responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.


5. TRANSACTION TERMS

Recharge & Bill Payments

  • Successful transactions are considered final.
  • Recharge processing depends on operator/network availability.
  • BBPS services are processed subject to NPCI and partner system availability.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but service is not completed:

  • Refunds will be processed as per RBI/NPCI guidelines.
  • Settlement timelines may vary depending on banks and operators.

Duplicate Transactions

Duplicate payments may be reviewed and refunded after verification.


6. LOAN & FINANCIAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Loan and financial services displayed on Zylope are facilitated through regulated partner institutions including NBFCs and financial service providers.

Current disclosed financial partner:

  • Faircent

Zylope acts as a technology platform, service provider, or co-branding facilitator and does not independently provide lending services unless separately authorized by regulators.

Loan approval, underwriting, repayment terms, and interest rates are solely determined by the respective regulated lending partner.


7. KYC & COMPLIANCE

Users may be required to complete KYC verification for certain services in accordance with:

  • RBI Guidelines
  • AML Regulations
  • NPCI Requirements
  • Applicable Indian Laws

Failure to complete KYC requirements may result in restricted access to services.


8. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

By using Zylope services, users consent to collection and processing of information including:

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Bank Details
  • Device Information
  • Transaction Data

Data may be shared with:

  • Banking partners
  • NBFCs
  • NPCI/BBPS participants
  • Regulatory authorities where legally required

9. SECURITY

Zylope implements reasonable security measures including:

  • SSL Encryption
  • Secure APIs
  • Access Controls
  • Fraud Monitoring

However, users are responsible for safeguarding their devices, passwords, and OTPs.


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services may rely on:

  • Banks
  • NPCI
  • BBPS Ecosystem
  • Telecom Operators
  • Lending Partners

Zylope is not liable for delays, downtime, or failures caused by third-party systems.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

APEXAXIS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Network failures
  • Delayed settlements
  • Operator downtime
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence
  • Losses arising from incorrect information submitted by users

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the transaction amount involved.


12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Zylope reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity
  • Restrict access for policy violations
  • Block fraudulent transactions
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, software, branding, APIs, and materials on Zylope are the intellectual property of APEXAXIS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or respective licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.


15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Zylope reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
