Users may use Zylope services for:

• Mobile & DTH Recharge
• BBPS Bill Payments
• Utility Payments
• Fastag Recharge
• Financial & Loan Services
• RC Verification Services

All usage must be lawful and genuine.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

• Perform fraudulent transactions
• Use fake or unauthorized identities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or APIs
• Abuse recharge/payment services
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Share OTPs or misuse customer information

Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Protecting OTPs and passwords
• Providing accurate information
• Ensuring lawful usage of services

• BBPS Ecosystem
• Telecom Operators
• NBFC/Lending Partners

SERVICE RESTRICTION

• Suspend suspicious accounts
• Block risky transactions
